Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days via standard shipping.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5 USD on all orders.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location.
This store only ships within the United States. If you have an international inquiry, please contact admin@victoryknivesusa.com.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first. If issues persist, email us at admin@victoryknivesusa.com.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom or engraved knives are non-returnable unless defective.

Contact us at admin@victoryknivesusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Faulty goods will be replaced at our discretion. Products that may have received damage due to transport freight damage will be replaced subject to discussion and conclusion of the point of damage. All goods are dispatched in new condition (unless otherwise stated) and carried “at limited carrier’s risk” (pursuant to the Carriage of Goods Act 1979). No claims will be accepted after 2 days from the date of delivery. All claims must be made in writing and forwarded to admin@victoryknivesusa.com.

Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error).
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, check with your bank or contact us.
Any refunds are at our discretion and will only be made if Victory Knives is unable to replace faulty or damaged products that have been accepted by Victory Knives as a genuine and approved claim. These refunds will be made by direct credit into the verified bank account of the claimant and will only be for the value of the product claimed at the time of purchase. No refunds will be made for any freight and/or any other costs, including but not limited to interest, legal fees, or other expenses incurred by the claimant in the process of achieving their refund claim.

All Victory Knives have a guarantee for their lifetime (this excludes misuse and normal wear).
